Helping hands for Castlemaine tradies

Tradies National Health Month –

August is Tradies National Health Month and Unwind Massage Castlemaine wants to give local tradies a helping hand or two this month to give those niggling aches and pains some attention.

All that reaching and lifting, twisting and straining. Tradies get a lot of musculo-skeletal injuries, but there’s a tendency to work on through any pain and discomfort. “She’ll be right” is what many would say, until the joint or muscle just says “enough is enough – this just isn’t right”.

So for the whole of August, Unwind Massage Castlemaine is offering an assessment and first treatment for any tradie in the area for just $20.

Got a pain in the back, the knee, the shoulder, the elbow, or any other joint or muscle you’re using regularly on the job, and it just might respond to a remedial massage treatment.

And if long term pain is stopping you from working, then there can be all sorts of mental health issues that arise. Sometimes a hands-on treatment can help relieve the stress that goes with not being able to work.

So give yourself a break.

The offer is on for the whole of August for your first assessment and treatment

Any follow-up treatments would be charged at Unwind’s normal rates. Health Fund rebates possible.

The Tradies National Health Month is an initiative of the Australian Physiotherapists Association, but they are happy for other health professionals like Remedial Massage Therapists to get on board.
